We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community! To ensure a comfortable living experience for all residents, our pet policy includes a few important rules and guidelines:

Permitted Pets at 1846 Luxury Living

  • Cats and dogs are welcome

  • Maximum of 2 pets per apartment

  • All pets must be officially added to your lease

  • Guest pets are not permitted

  • Pets must weigh 75 lbs or less

Breed Restrictions

To support a safe and pet-friendly environment in our community, the following breeds are not permitted:

  • Rottweiler

  • Pit Bull

  • Doberman

  • German Shepherd

  • Akita

  • Chow

  • Husky

  • American Staffordshire Terrier

  • Malamute

  • Any dog with a prior bite history

Pet Fees and Deposit

  • $20 monthly pet fee per pet

  • One-time $350 pet fee per pet

  • A $100 fine may apply if pet policies are not followed

Pet Screening

  • As part of our commitment to providing a welcoming and respectful living experience, a brief pet interview may be required prior to move-in.
